What You'll Do:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) who will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base while also managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience selling solutions to QA, Dev, and Testing teams. This role will involve a blend of new business development and account management, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and support.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Kobiton's solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, including upselling and cross-selling additional services and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Technical Engineering and Support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of Kobiton's solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to monitor satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, account status, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
