What You’ll Do
As a Technical Success Engineer (TSE), you will join an innovative, solutions-oriented Product Operations team. Armed with your Quality Automation experience, you will engineer outstanding products that allow our customers to rapidly unlock value from the Kobiton platform and help those customers to fully integrate with our features. Working alongside other members of our Product Operations team and in hand with our Go-To-Market team, this role will focus on product installations, migrations, training, and issue resolution to support customer and organizational success.


  • Help customers unlock value from the Kobiton Platform
  • Drive customer adoption by ensuring customer users and administrators have the tools and knowledge to extract full value from the product.
  • Serving as an expert in resolving customer technical issues, minimize impact and value loss to the customer through timely resolution of those issues.
  • Help drive integrated value and Kobiton adoption through the progress of automation adoption in our customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Kobiton products and customer value through articulated feedback
