We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to join our team!

As a People Operations Generalist, you will be crucial in administering and optimizing our organization's people operations functions. This role is an actual generalist role that will provide the opportunity to be involved in and learn every facet of Human Resources, including but not limited to perks and benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, project management, employee culture, policy implementation, office management, compliance, and documentation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, company cheerleader, and doesn't think a task, project, or question is too big or small for them to take on.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve on and/or build out and operationalize People Ops processes and workflows.
  • Own the hiring and recruiting process by reviewing job descriptions, interview best practices, compensation structures, and employee classifications.
  • Assist in administering Kobiton benefits, acting as an expert and liaison between benefits providers and employees. Administration and facilitation could include, Health Insurance, Parental Leave, State Farm Arena Tickets, learning + development fund, etc.,
  • Conduct employee onboarding and assist in the organization of training & development.
  • Create, own, and facilitate employee communication and engagement initiatives from All Hands Events, Company Outings, and Holiday Parties.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS systems and tools, providing guidance and support to end-users.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Work with stakeholders like people partners, talent acquisition, legal, finance, and IT (and others!) to understand and, where appropriate, share people's data to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Drive knowledge management and communication efforts to support People Operations programs and policies adoption and engagement among managers and employees.
  • Oversee the management of all Kobiton Atlanta offices- 1776 and DataBank.
  • Ad-hoc project management responsibilities based upon organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor and resolve employee inquiries in various HR-related topics.
  • Identify patterns and trends that allow us to proactively lay the groundwork for and innovate on delivering a world-class global employee service model.


** Must live in Atlanta and come into the office four days a week.**
