What You'll Do:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Channel Sales to join our growing team. The Director of Channel Sales will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our channel sales strategy to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Kobiton's market presence.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and technology partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring their alignment with Kobiton's goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure partner success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and implement channel-specific initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and revenue projections.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Represent Kobiton at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Ensure compliance with channel partner agreements and resolve any potential conflicts or issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the channel sales strategy to align with market trends, competitive landscape, and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and other events.
