Position Summary

Virtuous Software is looking for an Implementation Manager to join our growing Customer Experience team. You will be joining one of Phoenix’s fastest-growing tech startups. As an Implementation Manager you are the go-to person for keeping customers informed and on track while they complete their migration to the Virtuous product suite. You are an expert in both written and verbal communication, leaning on those skills to deliver configuration workshops and regular project management communications. You have a proactive approach to your work and are always thinking “what else can I do to move this implementation forward and provide value”.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding guidance and project management support to the amazing nonprofits we serve and act as the main point of contact during their onboarding process

  • Own multiple onboarding and Professional Services projects or variable customer sizes at once while offering expert guidance to customer questions related to the product, timeline, and migration

  • Strategically utilize customer interactions to drive quicker and more impactful Time to Value, Product Adoption, and Customer Satisfaction.

  • Lead and coordinate milestone and miscellaneous customer configuration calls

  • Serve as a product expert who can effectively utilize resources to find answers to customer questions of all sizes and varying complexity

  • Perform training and workshop sessions for projects you are managing as needed to discuss and/or develop robust solutions to complex customer problems

  • Provide basic data mapping and import services during the implementation process

  • Develop a deep understanding of our nonprofit customers’ business and operations through change management coaching and best practices.

  • Work closely with our data migration, professional services, customer success management teams, and Partner network to offer clients a smooth onboarding experience, including robust note taking and handoffs.

  • Serve as an extremely effective project manager. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to adjust project timelines while monitoring your own resource management along with resource management of the internal project team.

You Must Have

  • Previous experience working in project management, customer onboarding/implementation, or customer success.

  • Experience with CRM systems is required

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible start-up environment

  • Self motivated and always looking to improve themselves and processes

  • Ability to manage workload based on changing priorities is required

  • Intimate knowledge of and/or working with nonprofits with a desire to quickly learn about fundraising best-practices

  • Clear and articulate communication skills

  • Ability to lead actionable and productive workshop sessions with clients.

  • Comfort with data and spreadsheets

  • Phenomenal organizational skills are required
