Position Summary
Virtuous is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager with a proven track record in deploying integrated partner and influencer campaigns.
The ideal candidate thrives on building co-marketing relationships with strategic partners to drive product awareness and adoption throughout the nonprofit sector. Collaborative and data-driven, this individual will excel in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams and external partners to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This role requires managing a broad set of responsibilities, including program management, content development, and partner training, to have an immediate impact on customer growth and revenue in the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of the partner and influencer marketing strategy and program
Develop a strong understanding of partner needs & how to best position Virtuous products in the market to partners and influencers
Build co-marketing plans with partner accounts and industry influencers and drive co-marketing content and execution
Support our growing partners and influencers through a marketing website portal with sales and technical content including sales collateral, sales tools, events, competitive information, and insights
Support work-streams, creative agencies, event planning, campaign cross-functionally, copywriting, and content feedback
Ensure partners and influencers are trained on Virtuous products to ensure they have a deep understanding and can effectively promote and sell our product
Collaborate closely with the Partner sales team on key initiatives, providing essential marketing tools and tactics to support their success.
Analyze and report on the outcomes of Partner programs to ensure that activities and investments are driving measurable business results.
You Must Have
4+ years of successful partner marketing program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels.
Demonstrable success running integrated marketing campaigns across channels and managing budgets and ROI reports.
Proven success in B2B / SaaS or nonprofit marketing is a must, and enterprise marketing is a plus.
Ability to relate well across all organizational stakeholders, particularly Sales.
Experience working with agencies, contractors, and strategic partners to coordinate successful campaigns
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business or related field.
