We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team.

You will work on Tricentis Testim, a product that uses AI to speed the authoring, execution, and maintenance of automated tests. Testim learns from every execution, self-improving the stability of test cases, resulting in a test suite that doesn’t break on every code change.

Across Tricentis Engineering, we are embracing the use of AI agents across all phases of development, to deliver more value to our customers, faster and with higher quality. In this role, you will build mastery in agentic development techniques and help raise the bar for best practices on your team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a state-of-the-art backend for a platform solution catering to customers’ E2E testing needs (full-stack, Node.js focus).

• You are responsible for all parts of the software development process: requirements analysis, implementation, test, maintenance, etc.

• Focus on performance, code quality, scalability & security.

• Work with open-source and enterprise-grade databases/products.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality as part of your daily workflow.

• Continuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working is part of your daily business.

• Take ownership of the testing and quality of your code.

• Continually contribute to and challenge decisions made by the team to ensure the best outcome for our organization.

• Teach, and openly learn from your teammates.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Node.js and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.

• Good experience with API/microservices development.

• Good understanding of cloud/application security.

• Hands-on experience working with NoSQL DB (MongoDB/DynamoDB).

• Good understanding of distributed, event-driven SaaS application architecture.

• Passion for solving complex problems involving various technologies/platforms.

• Fluent English.

• Experience of development with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
