Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in modernizing the CI/CD platform for Tricentis’ SaaS products. Your primary focus will be supporting the migration of existing Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions, helping standardize and modernize our build and deployment workflows across

engineering teams.

This role combines hands-on engineering with strong collaboration with SRE and product engineering teams. You will help design and implement scalable CI/CD patterns, automate infrastructure operations, and ensure reliable software delivery across multiple cloud environments.

You will work closely with the SRE and platform teams to improve deployment reliability, developer experience, and operational eMiciency while ensuring our CI/CD systems remain secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Your Impact 🚀

  • Lead and execute the migration of existing Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions across multiple services and repositories.
  • Analyze current Jenkins jobs and pipelines and translate them into scalable GitHub Actions workflows.
  • Standardize CI/CD patterns, reusable workflows, and best practices for GitHub Actions across teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure build, test, and deployment processes are reliable and eMicient.
  • Improve deployment automation and reduce operational overhead in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Help identify and eliminate bottlenecks in build pipelines, test execution, and deployment workflows.
  • Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer to enable engineering teams to adopt

  • Drive the modernization of Tricentis’ CI/CD platform.
  • Build reusable CI/CD frameworks and automation patterns used across multiple SaaS products.
  • Work closely with SRE and platform engineering teams on infrastructure and deployment improvements.
  • Improve deployment velocity and reliability across engineering teams.
  • Contribute to DevOps best practices, automation standards, and platform improvements.

About You 🎯

  • Experience migrating or modernizing CI/CD platforms is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to improve development and deployment workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex pipeline and build issues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving engineering environment with evolving tooling.
