About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, SEO to lead our global SEO strategy and execution within the Growth Marketing team. This role will drive scalable, sustainable organic growth across Tricentis’ digital ecosystem, setting direction across Technical, Content, and Off-page SEO while partnering closely with Web, Product, Brand, and Campaign teams.
You will own SEO across Tricentis’ global portfolio, enhancing product discoverability, demand generation, and visibility in emerging AI-powered search experiences such as Google SGE/AI Overviews. Using tools including GA360, GSC, SEMRush, and AI-enhanced platforms, you will lead and scale a Prague-based SEO team.
Reporting to David Giacomini, SVP Growth Marketing, you will collaborate across a global team spanning Vienna, the US, and Manila. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to influence without authority, and a collaborative mindset that drives alignment and results.
What You’ll Do
We’re also expanding rapidly via acquisitions, creating rich opportunities to apply SEO best practices at scale, unify organic strategy across brands, and capture high-impact traffic from both traditional and emerging search interfaces.
Job responsibilities
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Brand, Web Ops, Communications, and Campaign teams to develop and align SEO strategy across the organization.
Define technical SEO standards, content strategy, and off-page initiatives.
Prioritize SEO opportunities that drive measurable business impact and align to core KPIs.
Champion and implement an SEO-friendly site structure and information architecture.
Work closely with Web Development to ensure SEO scalability and technical best practices.
Lead and grow a high-performing SEO team, with a roadmap for future expansion.
Own and evolve the AI strategy within SEO, integrating AI tools for automation, keyword clustering, content optimization, and competitive monitoring.
Lead initiatives to optimize for generative AI search results by shaping content, metadata, and structure for enhanced visibility in AI-powered search interfaces.
Report SEO performance, insights, and ROI to leadership; influence future planning and investment.
Monitor industry trends (especially AI and search evolution), and identify new opportunities.
Assess organic traffic and engagement outcomes from websites, content hubs, and campaigns.
Ensure all SEO activities align with brand voice, technical scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Utilize and manage SEO technology stack (analytics, content, crawling, keyword tracking, AI-based tools).
Basic Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B software or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of SEO success through ethical, scalable strategies.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities; prior people management experience required.
Demonstrated collaboration skills across cross-functional departments.
Expertise with SEO automation, keyword clustering, and AI-assisted tools for content and analytics.
Familiarity with generative AI search experiences (SGE, Bing AI, ChatGPT plugins) and the ability to optimize content for visibility in those environments.
High-level expertise in GA360, GSC, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other leading SEO platforms.
Solid understanding of site architecture, indexability, and page performance optimization.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with experience reporting to executives.
Able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
