About the role

We’re currently seeking a curious, thoughtful and detail-oriented Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Intern to join us for a 3 month, full-time, office-based internship, starting 1st of July 2026.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the L&OD team by reviewing, documenting, and improving learning content, learner communications and internal request processes. You will work closely with learning technology and a content expert to analyze current-state systems, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvements that enhance both learner and internal stakeholder experience.

A few high-level focus areas that you will potentially work on:

  • Map content coverage against defined values and product learning needs to identify gaps and redundancies
  • Audit current learning notifications from an end-user perspective (frequency, timing, relevance, and clarity) and identify opportunities to reduce noise, improve clarity and optimize timing. Design and implement 1–2 prioritized notification improvements in partnership with the L&OD team
  • Analyze L&OD request types, volume, duplication, and common failure points and identify opportunities to clarify, reduce manual labor and automate. Design and implement 1–2 L&OD request process improvements or automations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with learning, systems, and operations stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and process maps
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask thoughtful questions

Preferred Skills

  • MS Office suite: working knowledge of Excel and/or PowerPoint
  • Ability to review complex systems and translate findings into clear documentation
  • Interest in user experience, process improvement, or automation
  • Basic understanding of workflow design or systems thinking
