As a Curriculum Manager at Tricentis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the revenue enablement strategy. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that enable our internal teams to sell our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and updates.

  • Create the training design outline based on needs assessment, including learning objectives, behavioral outcomes, agenda outline, resources to be created, and the most appropriate enablement method (e.g. live instructor-led, on-demand, job aide, etc.)

  • Develop and manage a curriculum roadmap to align with company goals and industry standards.

  • Once defined, do a knowledge transfer/handoff to the appropriate enablement team
    member (instructional designer, program manager).

  • Design and create certification programs aligning with our certification strategy.

  • Create engaging training materials, including documentation, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

  • Manage and monitor training portfolio to ensure it is up-to-date and well maintained.

  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance the training curriculum.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role in a software company.

  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and technologies.

  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
    simultaneously.

  • Learning Data Management

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
