We are looking to hire a Software Engineer (C#, .net) to join our R&D team in Vienna. In this role you will interact with the community of engineers on our technologies - especially your product called Tosca.

What would you be working on:
- Collaborate within and across the teams to design and develop a fit-for-purpose solution.
- Ideate with your team on how to best solve customer problems.
- Participate in ongoing product specification, feature development, and code reviews.
- Work with latest AI code tooling to increase developer velocity and quality.
- Break down complex requirements into meaningful increments.
- You work in a self-organizing team in our agile software development process and help shape it to continuously improve.
- Rapidly spike different solution approaches for difficult engineering problems.
- Continually contribute to and challenge decisions made by the team to ensure the best outcome for our organization.
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest technologies, patterns, and practices.
- Review of requirements in the backlog refinement and the creation of test concepts, up to test specification and implementation of fully automated tests.
- Contribute to our Continuous Delivery concept and implementation.
Who you are:
- Deep understanding of development technologies as well as software test automation.
- 3+ years of profound software development experience in C# .NET or comparable object-oriented programming language.
- Hands-on experience working with RDMS systems (MSSQL/Postgres/MySQL).
- Hands-on experience working with CI/CD tools.
- Experience working in and succeeding in the agile development team.
- Be comfortable with change. Sometimes we will need to pivot and get back to the drawing board.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you are not afraid to pick up a new. technology/library/pattern and get productive with it quickly if that is needed for the task at hand.
- Good English skills - both spoken and written.
If you’ve got some of the following, even better:
- Knowledge of software testing and test automation.
- Experience with WinForms and DevExpress.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
- Experience with Tricentis products (e. g. Tosca, NeoLoad).

We are under legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 53.802 gross per year for this position, according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
