We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will enhance our pricing capabilities in the following areas: project implementation, KPI tracking, CPQ (Configure Price Quote) system administration, price book management, quote support, and providing ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation:

  • Collaborate with Project Management to execute project plans for pricing initiatives

  • Coordinate with other Operations teams to implement pricing-related changes

  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement

• Pricing KPIs:

  • Track performance and measure the success/impact of changes using Excel and BI dashboards

  • Monitor trends in discounting and approval volumes

  • Track product margins

• CPQ (Configure Price Quote) System Administration:

  • Gather and submit requirements for SKU updates and CPQ enhancements

  • Partner with the GTM Tech Stack team to diagnose and resolve pricing-related CPQ issues

  • Represent business users in performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  • Communicate CPQ changes to impacted stakeholders across the business

• Price Book Management:

  • Maintain and update our direct and partner-channel product catalogues

  • Build and manage pricing calculators

  • Support Sales Enablement and Product Marketing in building and updating pricing collateral

• Quote Support:

  • Provide quoting support to customer representatives

  • Identify quoting errors (e.g., incorrect pricing, incorrect SKUs, improper discounting)

  • Support the Deal Desk in reviewing and approving pricing exception requests

• Ad-hoc Analysis:

  • Identify and surface opportunities for strategic and operational pricing improvements

  • Perform ad-hoc data extracts and analyses in support of strategic projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, project management, or operations roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft BI, and CPQ systems

• Attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Bias for action and a continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to work on a mid shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM – Manila Time)
