We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will enhance our pricing capabilities in the following areas: project implementation, KPI tracking, CPQ (Configure Price Quote) system administration, price book management, quote support, and providing ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
Collaborate with Project Management to execute project plans for pricing initiatives
Coordinate with other Operations teams to implement pricing-related changes
Facilitate post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement
Pricing KPIs:
Track performance and measure the success/impact of changes using Excel and BI dashboards
Monitor trends in discounting and approval volumes
Track product margins
CPQ (Configure Price Quote) System Administration:
Gather and submit requirements for SKU updates and CPQ enhancements
Partner with the GTM Tech Stack team to diagnose and resolve pricing-related CPQ issues
Represent business users in performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Communicate CPQ changes to impacted stakeholders across the business
Price Book Management:
Maintain and update our direct and partner-channel product catalogues
Build and manage pricing calculators
Support Sales Enablement and Product Marketing in building and updating pricing collateral
Quote Support:
Provide quoting support to customer representatives
Identify quoting errors (e.g., incorrect pricing, incorrect SKUs, improper discounting)
Support the Deal Desk in reviewing and approving pricing exception requests
Ad-hoc Analysis:
Identify and surface opportunities for strategic and operational pricing improvements
Perform ad-hoc data extracts and analyses in support of strategic projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
3+ years of experience in pricing, project management, or operations roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft BI, and CPQ systems
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bias for action and a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work on a mid shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM – Manila Time)
