We're seeking an exceptional Account Director to accelerate our enterprise sales growth in Japan. This role combines strategic account ownership with mentorship opportunities while working closely with our Country Manager to expand our Japan presence.

Position Overview: As Account Director, you'll own a significant individual quota while serving as a senior sales leader within our Japanese operation. You'll manage strategic enterprise relationships and act as a mentor to our sales team, leveraging your expertise to drive both personal and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal sales targets through direct ownership of key enterprise accounts
  • Cultivate and close strategic opportunities with C-suite executives
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow sales team members
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to execute regional sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain a robust personal pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Create compelling ROI-focused proposals for complex enterprise solutions
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management through Salesforce
  • Evangelize Tricentis's continuous testing platform in Japan's DevOps community

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Consistent record of exceeding individual sales quotas in enterprise accounts
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscape, including SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
  • Strong technical acumen in software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
  • Native Japanese language skills with excellent business English proficiency
  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
  • Experience in territory development and market expansion
