As a Principal Solution Architect in the Presales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by providing strategic technical expertise during the presales phase. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, understanding client requirements, and designing cutting-edge solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and excellent communication skills to effectively articulate complex solutions to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Presales Leadership:
- Lead and guide the presales team in designing high-impact solutions for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales executives to understand client needs, pain points, and strategic objectives.
Solution Design:
- Architect innovative and scalable solutions that align with client requirements and showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Develop detailed technical proposals and documentation for client presentations.
Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the primary technical authority, demonstrating deep knowledge of our products/services and industry best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to articulate the technical benefits of our solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and instilling confidence in our capabilities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development teams to provide valuable feedback based on client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance our presales process and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a presales capacity within the software industry in Japan.
- In-depth knowledge of testing, DevOps and ERP technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities within a technical team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
