Tricentis’s Renewals Team is a critical and global part of our Customer Experience organization. As a Renewals Manager, you will be a key contributor and part of our AMS region's diverse team of Renewals Managers. Your mission is to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience during the Renewal phase of their journey with Tricentis while achieving company retention targets.

This is a hybrid-remote role (3 days/week in the office in Atlanta or Austin, 2 days/week from home).

What You Will Do As A Renewals Manager

  • As a Renewals Manager, you will support our key customer accounts, encompassing Strategic and Enterprise-levels.

  • Drive the renewal process, including an outreach cadence to customers before the renewal date, to ensure early/ on-time renewal closure.

  • Negotiate contract terms and work with Legal teams internally/ externally

  • Accurately forecast and drive growth ARR

  • Forecast churn and downgrade ARR

  • Maintain SFDC hygiene with up-to-date next steps and forecasts

  • Effectively communicate pricing options to customers

  • Partner with the Sales team on Upsell and Expansion Opportunities

  • Partner with CSMs and Account Managers to identify risk and reduce churn/ downgrades.

  • Convey the value/vision of our product suite during renewal discussions

  • Keep your knowledge up to speed with our products, and our competitors

  • Be responsible for renewing subscriptions across several different product lines

  • Work directly with Legal & Finance teams to negotiate and deliver contracts


What You Bring To The Team

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong in-person and web presentation skills

  • Be self-motivated to overachieve on quarterly/yearly renewal rate targets

  • Passion for Cross-team collaboration and a positive mindset

  • 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or related field

  • Track record of achieving

  • Experience in the SaaS/ Technology industry

  • Experience in Software Testing and Automation is a plus

  • Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate, and execute to address critical business issues

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized

  • Strong time management skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gainsight, and Salesforce a plus
