The Role

Tricentis is looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator who will work closely with a team of recruiters supporting hiring needs across the business. Our Recruitment Coordinators serve as integral members of the team, responsible for scheduling interviews, managing recruiting processes, and building candidate relationships.

The Recruiting Coordinator serves as the primary candidate advocate, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a seamless interview process. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be motivated to constantly improve efficiency and create streamlined and scalable recruiting processes. You will be expected to leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner successfully with internal clients and candidates. You will need the ability to exercise sound judgment and be able to communicate with an air of calm even when dealing with ambiguous situations.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule phone, video-conference, and face-to-face interviews across different regions and time zones; work directly with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
  • Leverage our ATS (Workday) to update candidate records, post jobs, pull reports, generate offer letters, conduct background checks, confirm new hires, and more
  • Provide prompt and thorough guidance to candidates on application, interview, and pre-hire processes, connecting them with recruiters as needed
  • Track and report on recruiting activities
  • Support arrangements for industry recruitment events if required for various regions, including APAC and AMS
  • Coordinate, schedule, and observe intake meetings and post-interview debrief meetings led by the recruiter
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate and hiring manager experience as well as process and scheduling efficiencies
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
  • Support other HR and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficacy and efficiency
  • Experience supporting hiring in India in addition to the Philippines will be advantageous

Who You Are

  • You have experience multi-tasking in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
  • You have experience managing calendars using Outlook or a similar tool.
  • You have experience with high-volume scheduling.
  • You have experience with Workday and the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word and Excel.
  • You are goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • You have demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • You are highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • You have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.
  • You are adept at learning new software and web-based tools.
  • Experience working across different countries and time zones will be advantageous.
