Take the leap into joining the exciting and evolving Professional Services Go To Market function team. The Associate Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for enabling AMS Sales and Professional Services on offerings, the sales tools enablement, managing the sales resource request queue, contract creation and will be mentored in both sales functions.

This is an entry-level position supporting the Go to Market and Sales functions.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be a link between sales, service delivery, customer success and customer experience organizations as a whole.

  • Analyze pitch decks, sales and pre-sales materials and optimize them.

  • Actively assist in shaping the ‘go-to-market’ strategy for new products and services.

  • Manage the General Sales Support queue, assign and alert the proper resources.

  • Work with leadership to design sales collateral, enablement decks and conduct enablement sessions for our new GTM product releases to our internal team members, partners and external partners.

  • Assist in the generation of service description documents for quotes/orders, change orders and subcontractor agreements.

  • Run the needed forecasting reports and metrics and update the needed dashboards and workbooks.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Systems or some equivalent technology-business academic program

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce & SAP preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
