We are currently looking for a Senior Manager HRIS to join us in Manila as we scale the growth of our business in Philippines.

As Senior Manager HRIS, you will be responsible for managing a growing team and supporting and maintaining specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications used in organizations with customized or specialized needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Individual Responsibilities:

This role will provide strategic direction, tactical planning and oversight for the Global HRIS team to perform the following activities consistently across all operations:

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
  • Installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Communicates work as applicable to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization


  • At least five years of supervisory experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of database construction.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
