What you’ll be doing
The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist is part of the Tricentis Global Marketing Team, reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, and works closely with the Global Demand Generation Team, Sales Operations, Field Marketing and Sales.
You will be responsible for
The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist role is responsible for tasks within our marketing automation platform (Marketo), campaign operations, data compliance and auditing, monitoring SLAs for lead management, and maintaining operational documentation.
  • Apply advanced and in-depth professional knowledge and experience to the management of marketing campaign operations which includes:
  • Working with Global Demand Generation Team and Field Marketing to clarify and refine campaign requirements (dates, querystring strategy, communication expectations, fulfillment, etc.) across multiple channels
  • Building programs and smart campaigns that support the campaign goals, align with existing architecture in Marketo, feed into reporting, and provide a consistent, quality end user experience
  • Working with the Web Team to align on schedules and requirements.
  • Checking program and campaign setup via end-to-end testing
  • Monitoring data quality and enrichment
  • Developing data normalization programs to ensure data integrity for key fields
  • Ad-hoc reporting from marketing automation platform (Marketo) as well as Salesforce
  • Work with Global Demand Generation Team, Field Marketing, and Content Team on requirements gathering for campaigns, email reporting and other campaign analysis.
  • Troubleshooting issues with campaign operations and lead management
  • Maintaining marketo forms to match demand gen and web strategy
  • Understanding, troubleshooting, and improving Marketo/SFDC sync
  • Be the local office subject matter expert in Marketo and SFDC.
What we need from you
  • Ability to work a hybrid model, working from a Tricentis office location 3/5 days per week.
Basic Qualifications we’re seeking
  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience in B2B technology required.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in Marketo
  • Minimum of 2 years working in Salesforce or in a salesforce connected Marketo instance.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaign operations.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo smart list triggers, filters, and advanced filter logic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Marketo Certified Associate or Marketo Certified Expert Preferred
  • Bonus would be experience with On24, Bizzabo, DemandBase, Leandata, iCapture, and Bizible.
