The Senior Marketing Operations Data Analyst is part of the Tricentis Global Marketing Team, reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and works closely with the Global Demand Generation Team, Field Marketing, and Global Campaign Marketing Team.

The Marketing Operations group at Tricentis is growing and highly respected among the marketing org for establishing operational excellence and providing quality insights to the groups that rely on the Marketing Operations team. The Senior Marketing Operations Data Analyst role is responsible for tasks within our marketing automation platform (Marketo), campaign operations, data compliance and auditing, monitoring SLAs for lead management and maintaining operational documentation.


  • Day-to-day management of marketing campaign operations

  • Work with Global Demand Generation Team and Field Marketing to clean and import lead lists with great attention to detail.

  • Build programs and smart campaigns that support the campaign goals, align with existing architecture in Marketo, feed into reporting, and provide a consistent, quality end user experience.

  • Checking program and campaign setup via end-to-end testing.

  • Monitoring SFDC/Marketo sync.

  • Regular email performance reporting to ensure deliverability standards.

  • Inferring persona data from job titles.

  • Monitoring qualified leads and regular reporting to ensure leads are routed properly and followed up on.

  • Undertaking special projects to learn more about Marketo, SalesForce, Bizzabo, Ringlead, and on24 technologies.


  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of working in marketing or sales operations preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms preferred.

  • Enthusiasm for learning more about the world of marketing operations.

  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.

  • High energy, self-directed, team player and detail oriented.

  • Strong work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from other teams.

  • Bonus would be experience with On24, Bizzabo, DemandBase, Ringlead, Stensul and Bizible.
