Tricentis is seeking a Manager of IT to become a key leader of our EU based IT Team. As Manager of IT with Tricentis, you will have the responsibility for the stability, integrity, and governance of information technology infrastructure resources that support our core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maximize the benefit of IT investments. The Manager will manage an EU based team of experienced technology professionals. All actions shall be executed with a cybersecurity-first mindset.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the daily activities that contribute to our IT infrastructure and SaaS Products operating in an efficient, performant, and secure state.

  • Lead the team responsible for the overall maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning of the corporate network, data center infrastructure, M365, and many other SaaS products.

  • Work closely with the Information Security and Compliance team to evaluate and implement systems to enhance data security and governance, and to facilitate risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

  • Build successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business leaders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring fast, reliable, cost-effective delivery of infrastructure-related IT services to meet those needs.

  • Work with the Director of IT on the infrastructure components of the department budget; collaborate with IT leadership as appropriate to introduce opportunities for improvement.

  • Establish effective controls for the processes and functions performed by the team.

  • Participation in the business continuity and recovery of company's information systems, including: analysis, design, plan, implementation and documentation.

  • Accountable for company compliance processes and procedures as it relates to IT Operations. This includes being the primary responsible person for Infrastructure Qualifications, Infrastructure SOP’s and IT Policies.

  • Aid in forensic investigations as requested by the Information Security and Compliance team.

  • Manage overall resources and develop and attract best-in-class IT talent to support the organization's rapid growth and increasing investment in infrastructure-related technology.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years leading global infrastructure and operations teams in a mid-to-large enterprise.

  • Experience leading projects

  • Experience with Azure accounts, networking, logging, monitoring, and automation.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, and O365.

  • Experience with the following technologies: Multi-factor Authentication, M365, Email/Web Filtering Solutions, MDM/MAM solutions, Enterprise Cloud Solutions, SASE

  • Knowledge and technical expertise in enterprise-grade networking, preferably Cisco technologies.

  • Understanding of information technology and IT services including cybersecurity practices and techniques to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of systems, data, and resources.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and upgrading a complex, technologically blended environment that is a mix of legacy and newer cloud-based technologies.

  • Ability and willingness to provide hands-on support (can do the work when called upon, not just manage the work) when needed but value and demonstrate leadership in mentoring and empowering others.

  • Customer-first mindset.

  • Passion around building teams and individuals, simplifying complex problems, and enabling individuals.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams through a transformational period; providing a strong change management voice in leadership forums where critical decisions that impact IT infrastructure requirements need to be considered.

  • Ability to think and work at both strategic and tactical levels as required.

  • Speak to an audience with confidence, using appropriate communication skills/style.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written form, to various audiences
