As the Senior Director of Consulting Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of our consulting services operations in the APAC region. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of quality business outcomes to our clients that drive meaningful return on investment in the Tricentis product suite, while focusing on business growth and maintaining client satisfaction that will enable us to both retain and expand our footprint.


  • Develop and execute strategies to expand consulting services, identify new market opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and execute a strategic resourcing plan to support the Asia Pacific go-to-market strategy, and ensure that the right skills and competencies required to deliver customer success are available in a timely manner.
  • Help to define and enforce compliance to project delivery standard methodologies, embedding quality assurance practices and checks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure the delivery of packaged and/or customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling additional services to existing clients, and participating in the sales process as needed.
  • Participate in client account planning sessions together with go-to-market teams to support account expansion motions.
  • Manage the APAC consulting services budget, track financial performance, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets for revenue, margin, bookings, and retention.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements to expand professional services offerings.
  • Drive strategic discussions with stakeholders across the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment, especially sales, solution architecture, customer success, support engineering, and partner management.
  • Inform the core product roadmap and investments with client needs.
  • Manage customer escalations on projects, and work collaboratively with post-sales functions to ensure continued customer success.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, contribute to thought leadership initiatives, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years+) in consulting services, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering consulting projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
