Supply Wisdom: Enterprise Architect

Location: Remote Position based in Bangalore

Reporting to: CTO

Objective

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing the overall technology architecture of our SaaS-based risk intelligence platform. The role focuses on building a scalable, secure, and innovative architecture that aligns with business objectives, supports enterprise-grade performance, and accelerates digital transformation. This position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure our platform continuously delivers value to global enterprise customers.

Architecture & Strategy

• Work with the CTO you will maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Drive cloud-first, reusable microservices-based strategies for SaaS scalability and performance.

• Establish architectural design standards, frameworks, and governance practices.

• Create architectural diagrams and facilitate the entire to create technical documentation

• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance platform innovation and resilience.
  

Technology & Design

• Architect and optimize multi-tenant SaaS solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP.

• Design secure, scalable data architectures for real-time analytics and intelligence.

• Oversee API-first design for seamless integration with enterprise systems.

• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization practices for faster delivery cycles.

• Ensure compliance with SOC2, GDPR, ISO27001, and global regulatory standards.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with product, engineering, QA, and ops teams to translate needs into solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology transformation initiatives.

• Support customers by aligning platform capabilities with their requirements.

Governance & Risk Management

• Define architecture review processes.

• Mitigate technology risks and ensure adherence to security and compliance mandates.

• Drive continuous improvements in system reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise/solution architecture roles.

• Strong expertise in SaaS architecture, multi-tenant cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, and microservices.

• Hands-on knowledge of containers (Docker/Kubernetes), DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and API management.

• Experience designing and securing data-intensive, real-time applications.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Experience in B2B SaaS platforms serving enterprise customers is strongly preferred.

• Background in risk intelligence, analytics, or compliance platforms is a plus.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
