Objective: The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading our Go-to-Market strategies, driving brand recognition, demand generation, and revenue growth. This includes developing the overall marketing strategy and plan, managing execution across channels, and ensuring strong alignment with business and GTM objectives. The role also involves conducting market and competitive research, identifying customer demand, engaging with market analysts and influencers, and supporting brand positioning in the SaaS and risk management domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering alignment with Sales, Product, and Partnerships.
  • Plan and deliver integrated Go-to-Market campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and analyst relations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and impactful execution of initiatives.
  • Strengthen Supply Wisdom’s market positioning through consistent branding and engagement with analysts, influencers, and industry forums.
  • Leverage data, research, and forecasting to optimize marketing performance and decision-making.
  • Introduce innovative approaches by staying ahead of trends in SaaS, risk management, and digital marketing.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 8+ years of well-rounded B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years in risk management, procurement, or enterprise solutions with demonstrated experience in scaling marketing functions.

Competencies & Skills

  • Proven track record in building and scaling data-driven multi-channel enterprise B2B marketing programs with measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, ABM, and email marketing.
  • Curiosity for utilizing the newest martech tools and AI capabilities.
  • Ability to convert customer and market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting ability.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and managing marketing spend.
  • Experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or risk management solutions is highly desirable.
