About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing sales processes, maintaining HubSpot CRM data integrity, managing performance reporting, and leading the RFP (Request for Proposal) response process from end to end. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to help drive revenue growth through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full RFP process, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions
- Maintain and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data cleanliness, usability, and consistency across the sales funnel
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting
- Support sales leadership with territory planning, quota setting, and performance analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across the sales cycle and help implement scalable solutions
- Ensure a high standard of CRM hygiene through audits, user support, and documentation of best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with marketing campaigns, customer onboarding, and revenue goals
- Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and sales processes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical/operations role (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment)
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools like Looker/Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience managing the RFP process or working with proposal tools and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, performance measurement, and process optimization
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in a SaaS or risk/resilience industry
- Familiarity with proposal/RFP automation tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, etc.)
- Understanding of sales enablement tools and practices
