Sales Account Executive - Remote Position (UK)

Your Mission
As a Sales Account Executive, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This quota-carrying role requires a proactive, results-driven approach to identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into clients. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to drive revenue growth and make a meaningful impact on the company’s success.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new prospects through research, outreach, and networking.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from discovery calls and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through a disciplined approach to solution selling.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals to position our solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials to prospects.
- Document all sales activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to address client needs and objections.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in risk intelligence.
You Have
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software and a structured approach to managing opportunities.
- A self-starter mentality, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
