Overview: The Revenue Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the revenue and finance teams to drive data-based revenue decisions and assist in the development and management of sales commission plans. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will leverage your analytical skills to optimize revenue generation processes and manage strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Partner with revenue and finance teams to analyze revenue and pipeline data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop actionable insights to optimize pricing strategies, revenue streams, and sales performance.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key revenue metrics.
  • Provide forecasting data to inform future go-to-market initiatives

Sales Commission Plans:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and management of sales commission plans.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure commission plans align with company objectives and drive desired behaviors.
  • Analyze commission plan effectiveness and propose adjustments as needed to incentivize desired outcomes.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement within revenue operations and sales compensation management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create intuitive processes which enhance revenue teams efforts and provide efficiencies.

Systems Management:

  • Support CRM Admin in providing a world-class CRM experience for revenue teams
  • Implement and manage advanced data analysis and visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within revenue systems, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with CRM Admin and other teams to integrate systems and automate processes where possible.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Data analysis, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience at B2B SaaS organizations which has taken institutional funding (Series A/B/C preferred) and the company’s average contract value (ACV) is $50k+.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with sales commission structures and incentive compensation plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
  • Certification in revenue management (e.g., RevOps Certification).
