About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to drive and expand our channel partnerships across the the UK region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and strategic partners to generate pipeline and accelerate regional growth.

• Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with Reflectiz’s go-to-market strategy.
• Build strong relationships with partners and act as their main point of contact.
• Enable partners with training, marketing support, and sales tools.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and joint pipeline generation.
• Set KPIs and regularly track partner performance and ROI.
• Represent Reflectiz at partner and industry events across the region.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends in cybersecurity.

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of the VAR/distributor ecosystem in cybersecurity.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
