Job Description

As a Third-Party Risk Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will be to gather information security controls evidence from third-parties on behalf of our clients. This is an entry-level position suitable for an ambitious, hardworking, recent college graduate or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in information risk management. Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, and highly professional, with outstanding customer relationship skills.

Success Criteria
  • Create and deliver online information risk surveys to our clients’ third-party vendors, which would include monitoring, technical support, and final provisioning of reviewed results
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills to ensure a smooth evidence collection experience for both clients and vendors
  • Overcome steep learning curves and have a basic understanding of software application structure and software development lifecycles
  • Explain and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and follow basic troubleshooting steps to work through issues
  • Demonstrate basic project management and documentation skills to manage multiple parallel work streams
  • Work well under pressure with tight deadlines to deliver superior service to our clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in information risk
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting at all levels of the organization from analyst level to C-suite
  • Ability to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines that may have short lead times
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Business Administration, or Risk Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to obtain Industry certifications (e.g. CTPRP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, CISA)
