Job Overview
The Customer Marketing Manager role is responsible for supporting and executing on a unified customer lifecycle program to engage customers throughout their Mitratech journey, driving product adoption and retention, and nurturing cross-sell and advocacy through long-term value. This role will primarily support products within the Corporate, Legal, and Claims business area.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product management, sales, and senior leadership to build and execute customer lifecycle campaigns, including customer experience programs, product adoption and retention efforts, and expansion initiatives. You will also track and analyze campaign effectiveness, refine messaging based on competitive insights, and ensure our customers remain engaged advocates of Mitratech’s solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role, involving close collaboration with the wider marketing team, product management, customer success, and sales.
This position is remote in Canada, with a preference for candidates who are able to work standard business hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (EST). While we welcome applicants from across the country, availability during core EST hours is essential for team collaboration and customer engagement.
