Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager in the Third-Party Risk Management space, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of our TPRM software platform. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and customer success, to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market space.

Core Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Iterate and execute against the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Third-Party Risk Management platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs
  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and industry best practices
  • Backlog maintenance: Maintain and prioritise the product backlog
  • Roadmap Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software on time
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product, prioritising enhancements and addressing issues
  • Market Analysis: Work with the wider team and Product Marketing to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and customer pain points, ensuring our product remains competitive and relevant
  • User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring the platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and addresses key user pain points
Required Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Experience working with Confluence technologies, including JIRA
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to concurrently manage multiple initiatives
  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes in the TPRM space
  • Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) concepts, compliance frameworks, and industry standards is highly desirable
