The Prevalent Report Analyst will be working as part of the Professional Services Team, a dynamic and multi skilled team delivering client facing professional services and solutions across a range of service deliverables.
The Technical Solutions Team (part of Prevalent Professional Services) at Prevalent is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of custom-built reports, dashboards, and KPIs/KRIs metrics for Prevalent’s client base. In collaboration with Project Leads and Professional Services Consultants, the Reporting Analyst will collaborate with clients to identify reporting requirements, converting of these requirements into technical use cases and develop working reporting solutions. Additionally, the Reporting Analyst will function as a first line response resource for both off-the-shelf and custom-built reports that are currently in use by Prevalent’s clients.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the Reporting Analyst may be assigned internal reporting and/or data analytics projects where the Reporting Analyst will work in conjunction with the Product Team to enhance and optimize Prevalent’s reporting offerings. These projects will be designed, managed, tested, and maintained by the Reporting Analyst with additional Prevalent resources assisting where needed.
You will need to be able to learn and be confident in the use of new technologies to include SaaS software and third-party reporting tools. Have the ability to quickly understand data driven workflows and identify workflow data points to drive downstream reporting. The Reporting Analyst will also need to have high-level conceptual understanding of relational databases, ability to understand and write SQL statements, and familiarity with reporting methodologies and best practices.
The Reporting Analyst must be able to support multiple concurrent projects. There is an emphasis on being dynamic, flexible and to be able to think outside of the box while maintaining a logical and methodical approach.
The role is pre-dominantly home based, but there remains the requirement and ability to travel to conduct onsite client meetings as needed.
