JOB OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our team at Kevel, a leading SaaS provider for ad serving and monetization solutions. This role focuses on helping publishers and retailers leverage Kevel’s powerful APIs to build custom ad platforms, optimize monetization strategies, and scale their retail media networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sell-side adtech, retail media, and experience working with SaaS platforms to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
As Sales Director, UK & Northern Europe, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and have direct lines of communication to the CEO, VP of Product, Marketing, and other resources needed to close business. You will work to close enterprise opportunities and partner with marketing to create an account-based strategy to hunt and nurture leads to generate new business. You will be a critical contributor to our growth, and every deal you close will have a material impact on our business!
LOCATION: Remote—United Kingdom. This position can be located anywhere in the UK but is ideally close to our team in London. Applicants located and legally eligible to work within the United Kingdom are encouraged to apply.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: Kevel uses external, third-party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. We believe this is an important step in living our value of embracing diversity while underlining our commitment to fair, equitable and inclusive pay practices.
The pay range for this position is £75,000-95,000 base salary / £170,000-190,000 OTE. An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.
