JOB OVERVIEW: Our Associate Product Manager (PM) will be part of the product team, contributing to the development and growth of Kevel products. The role will provide an excellent opportunity for personal growth and development in the Product Management career as it will operate under close coaching and mentoring from experienced Product Managers and the VP of Product, who have been delivering high scale, innovative products in the B2B marketing and advertising tech space for many years and follow best-in-class Product Management practices.

LOCATION: Remote. This position can be located in the US (EST locations only) or Portugal and is 100% remote. Applicants located, and legally eligible to work within the United States or Portugal (ideally Porto), are encourage to apply.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: Kevel uses external, third-party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. We believe this is an important step in living our value of embracing diversity while underlining our commitment to fair, equitable and inclusive pay practices.

The pay range for this position for applicants located in the US is $90,000 - $105,000 The pay range for applicants located in Portugal is €40,000 - €70,000. An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Understand the shape and general concepts of the relevant market and competitive research
  • Complete narrowly focused competitive research and industry research
  • Follow specific directions to update roadmaps for specific product areas
  • Identify opportunities for product development in connection with specific product areas and in alignment with existing product roadmap and vision
  • Support the definition of a product vision for small, discrete slices of the product, usually in partnership with a more senior PM
  • Support a single product's feature delivery: supports other PMs by participating in design and development; documentation; comms with stakeholders (under guidance)
  • Participate in customer calls owned by other PMs / CSMs
  • Assist in gathering requirements and priorities from stakeholders
  • Communicate project status and requests to the engineering team with support from senior PMs
  • Begin to demonstrate proactivity by raising small issues and seeking guidance on solutions
  • Help design minor features and assist in project planning
  • Contribute to product delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams under supervision

SKILLS YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU:

  • The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years experience in a number of related areas such as advertising campaign management, customer success/support roles in advertising technology companies or agencies, and wishes to grow into Product management specifically.
  • Ideally able to demonstrate a good eye for detail, be interested in learning and collaborating with others in a small team.
