Day to Day
Indeed is seeking an Associate Business Strategist to join its growing Sales Effectiveness team helping our global Client Success organization. The Associate Business Strategist will work with global Client Success, other members of our Sales Effectiveness team, and partner teams across the organization. They'll define, prioritize, and execute global initiatives to increase revenue, scale operations, and enhance our Client Success organization. Responsibilities
- Help identify, scope, and drive critical projects and customer success initiatives by partnering with teams across the organization
- Enhance operational excellence by identifying and executing opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
- Assess growth opportunities and adjust operating metrics to improve organizational performance
- Drive and assist cross-functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations from idea through implementation
- Head complex research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market, and operational trends) for senior leadership to assist in decision-making
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external collaborators.
Skills/Competencies
- 2+ years experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, or other relevant experience within a technology company
- Skilled with SQL. Ability to structure queries, mine data, and present it in a meaningful way for examination.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to take on diverse business challenges.
- Experience building rich, insightful, and actionable reporting with various data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management)
- Results and detail-oriented, enhanced by robust commercial/business insight.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an emphasis on building connections with people.
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 73,000 - 107,000 USD per year
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
