FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations.

The Website Growth Manager will partner closely with the Head of Marketing to own and optimize FieldPulse’s website as a high-performing revenue engine. This role is responsible for the ongoing performance, functionality, and conversion rate of the site—ensuring pages are live, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals while proactively identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive pipeline.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and can bring operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization to one of our most important growth channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance, functionality, and ongoing optimization of the FieldPulse website as a core revenue-driving channel.
  • Ensure all website pages are live, accurate, technically sound, and aligned with current campaigns and messaging.
  • Proactively identify and resolve broken pages, UX issues, outdated content, and technical errors.
  • Build and launch new landing pages and website pages to support campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and sales initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize website conversion paths (forms, CTAs, demo flows, booking flows, content downloads).
  • Continuously improve conversion rates through testing, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.
  • Own and execute A/B tests across messaging, layout, offers, and user flows.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Gen to support paid traffic performance and landing page optimization.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to ensure clear positioning, messaging consistency, and SEO best practices across the site.
  • Work with Design to maintain a premium, modern, high-performing visual experience.
  • Coordinate with developers and external agencies to implement improvements, enhancements, and new functionality.
  • Monitor website analytics (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, form tracking) to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
  • Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Own website reporting and provide regular performance insights tied to MQLs, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Act as the cross-functional point person for all website-related needs across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, website management, digital growth, or CRO-focused roles.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing website performance for lead generation and revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience building and launching landing pages and marketing pages within a CMS (e.g., Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, headless CMS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience using GA4, heatmapping/session recording tools, and performance analytics to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers and designers to implement site improvements and new functionality.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to QA pages, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high-performance site.
  • Highly data-driven and experimentation-minded, with a bias toward action and iteration.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with clear revenue targets.
  • Experience working at a SaaS startup or scale-up environment preferred.
  • Dallas-based (required).
