The Fintech Specialist is responsible for maximizing payment attachment for newly sold and newly implemented customers. This role operates post-sale and pre-go-live and focuses on execution excellence, process adherence, and momentum through the first transaction. This is a junior-to-mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, cross-functional coordination, and turning intent into live processing.

• Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
• You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Own payments conversion for all net-new customers
• Conduct structured payments discovery and pricing alignment during onboarding
• Deploy and track payment applications from the first discussion through approval
• Proactively follow up on incomplete or stalled applications
• Coordinate with Risk and Payments Ops to unblock underwriting issues
• Reinforce FieldPulse Payments as the default during implementation
• Ensure every fintech opportunity is explicitly closed-won or closed-lost
• Log outcomes, objections, and learnings to continuously improve process
