Revenue Operations Summer 2026 Intern

Location: Dallas, TX
Department: Revenue Operations
Type: Internship (Part-Time / College Credit Eligible)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a college student interested in learning how SaaS companies align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through people, data, systems, and processes.

You’ll support the RevOps team with data integrity, documentation, and process optimization — gaining hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Confluence while learning how GTM (go-to-market) teams drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Clean and maintain Salesforce data — verify record accuracy, remove duplicates, and update key fields to improve reporting and efficiency.
  • Document operational processes (SOPs) — help write and organize clear, step-by-step internal guides for sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.
  • Build and organize Confluence spaces — create structured, easy-to-navigate pages for team documentation, process maps, and onboarding materials.
  • Support cross-functional projects — assist with RevOps initiatives that improve data quality, reporting, and GTM alignment.
  • Learn about the business — gain an understanding of how B2B SaaS companies acquire, retain, and grow customers through operational excellence.

What You’ll Learn

  • How a Revenue Operations function supports the end-to-end revenue lifecycle.
  • The fundamentals of Salesforce CRM, data management, and pipeline reporting.
  • How to document and communicate business processes effectively.
  • The interplay between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success in a SaaS model.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and an organized mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
  • Basic familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Confluence is a plus (not required).

Why Join Us

  • Gain real-world RevOps experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Learn from experienced RevOps professionals and get mentorship.
  • Make a tangible impact by helping improve the company’s data quality and documentation foundation.
  • Flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule.
