FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Brand Manager. We’re building a brand that’s bold, impactful, and visually distinct. As we expand our in-house marketing team, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative execution across high-impact campaigns and brand moments. What You'll Do:

  • Be the creative lead: Translate marketing strategies into bold, effective visuals that build engagement, drive conversions, and deepen brand affinity.
  • Design across touchpoints: Create digital and print-ready collateral for paid ads, website content, emails, social, events, sales enablement, and more.
  • Elevate our brand: Own the design and evolution of internal templates, documents, presentations, and branded assets.
  • Drive campaigns: Partner with paid media to develop high-performing ad creative and landing pages aligned with lead gen goals.
  • Own event creative: Design audience-specific marketing collateral and nurture campaign assets that reinforce our event presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with content, media, product marketing, and web teams to ensure creative consistency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • A portfolio that highlights a wide range of work across digital, print, and paid media campaigns.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma
  • Passion for design with a drive to push high-performing paid ads and lead gen campaigns (social, display, retargeting, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of conversion-focused design principles and how to balance performance with brand integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across stakeholders and departments.
  • Excellent skills in typography, layout, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills—you’re proactive, organized, and know how to manage deadlines across departments.
  • A strategic mindset and a strong eye for both the big picture and the fine details

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with trade show/environmental design or print production.
  • AI-generated image tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)
  • Photography and photo editing.
  • Motion graphics or light animation skills.
