Digital Campaign Strategist
Compensation: $65,000 annual base salary, $12,000 annual bonus

Your Work:
As a Digital Campaign Strategist at Feathr, you will serve as the primary marketing lead for our customers, ensuring the successful execution of their digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with Digital Campaign Managers and Designers, you'll help guide and advise customers on their marketing strategies to maximize success. The Digital Campaign Strategist reports to the Team Manager within the Managed Services team.
Your Experience:
1+ years of experience in developing, managing, or planning marketing campaigns
3+ years of experience in a full-time customer-facing role
1+ years of experience in account management or project management
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software

Your Day:
Develop and present strategic marketing plans that are easily understood by customers and executed by your team, ensuring alignment with Feathr’s service level agreements (SLAs).
Present campaign performance data to customers and collaborate with Customer Success to deliver cohesive insights.
Test, validate, and evolve best practices across your customer portfolio to drive continual campaign improvements.
Lead customer calls, clearly communicating campaign results and providing actionable recommendations that deliver value.
Oversee and guide your Campaign Manager to ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables.
Develop and present Google Ad Grant strategies that are clearly understood by nonprofit clients and efficiently executed by you and your team, ensuring alignment with grant compliance requirements and performance SLAs.
Analyze customer campaign performance to extract insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot technical issues alongside the support team, and manage projects from inception to completion using tools such as Asana, GSuite, Front, and Salesforce.
Metrics & Performance:
Manage approximately $600k in annual service revenue with the support of internal campaign management and contracted campaign management resources (subject to change each quarter).
Responsible for renewing service dollars within your portfolio, working toward department-assigned retention goals that are updated quarterly in alignment with company objectives.
Interview Process:
As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved. Additionally, each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice of all candidates.
HR Information Screen - The Talent Acquisition Team will invite candidates that move forward to a 20-minute virtual interview. This conversation will be focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions the candidate has.
Manager Interview - Candidates will spend an hour with the hiring manager to review their experience more in-depth and go over the role and expectations.
Work Assignment - Candidates will be given a work assignment prompt to complete a project that is relevant to the work they can expect in the role. The completion of the assignment should not take more than 90 minutes, and candidates are given multiple days to work on the project.
Panel Interview - 60 minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This interview will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position.
Offer - The Talent Acquisition Team will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate.
