About the Role

At Digital Hands, we’re redefining managed security services through Unified Security Posture Management (USPM)—an operating model that delivers continuous visibility into security exposure, operational support for remediation, and enhanced detection across critical enterprise control planes.

We’re looking for a Delivery Engineer to help bring this vision to market. This role blends pre-sales solution engineering, technical architecture, and early-stage service delivery, with a focus on launching our Identity Defense Platform (IDP)—the first capability in our USPM portfolio.

This is a hands-on, builder role for a technically strong professional who is comfortable engaging with customers, designing identity security architectures, and helping operational teams deliver posture-driven managed services at scale.

About You

You’re a Trusted Technical Advisor: You’re comfortable leading technical conversations with both security practitioners and executive stakeholders, translating identity risk into clear, actionable outcomes.

You Have Significant Identity Security Expertise: You understand identity infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, federation services, and privileged access systems.

You’re a Builder: You enjoy working in evolving environments, helping define delivery patterns, playbooks, and scalable service models rather than inheriting fully mature ones.

You Bridge Strategy and Execution: You can support solutioning while also rolling up your sleeves to drive onboarding, stabilization, and operational success post-deployment.

You Collaborate Effectively: You work seamlessly with account teams, service engineering, SOC teams, and product stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-impact outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Support Solution Positioning & Engagements
Partner with account teams to position posture-driven managed security services, lead technical discovery sessions, design customer-aligned architectures, and support proposal development, validation, and service scoping.

Design & Launch Identity Defense Deployments
Architect and support onboarding for identity monitoring and posture visibility, integrate identity telemetry across enterprise platforms, and configure detection logic and policy controls to reduce identity risk exposure.

Enable Operational Delivery Success
Lead early customer onboarding and stabilization, develop detection playbooks and remediation workflows, contribute to posture reporting frameworks, and provide escalation support during complex identity investigations.

Contribute to Service Engineering & Evolution
Help define repeatable, scalable delivery models for USPM services, provide feedback on tooling and automation opportunities, and assist in evaluating technologies that strengthen posture visibility and attacker detection.

What You Bring

Experience & Background:
6+ years of experience in identity security, managed security services, or security consulting, with exposure to both solution design and service delivery.

Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of identity infrastructure, cloud environments, and detection ecosystems, including experience integrating technologies such as SIEM, EDR, identity protection, and PAM platforms.

Customer-Facing Capability:
Proven ability to support both pre-sales technical engagements and post-deployment delivery, translating findings into operational improvements customers can act on.
