Human Resource Coordinator Position Summary: The Human Resource Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and ensures HR processes run efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes Facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with federal and state regulations Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries Process employment verifications and other HR documentation requests Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping processes Monitor and track employee certifications, licenses, and training requirements Support employee engagement initiatives and company events Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Work Environment: Office setting. May require occasional extended hours during peak hiring or benefits enrollment periods.
