Description

Defining Wellness Centers is growing. We have needs for experienced Therapists and new Therapist. We have some bonus potential for Therapist with experience are available. Defining Wellness Centers located in Brandon, MS is an addiction treatment facility serving both inpatient and outpatient clients, We have a beautiful 26 acre campus with plans to expand. We are looking for experienced, compassionate Therapists both full time for M-F days and PRN's for weekend and fill in coverage. We have a need for Therapist with experience in working with adult clients in the area of Addiction Treatment and Counseling both on a full and part time basis.


Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with adult clients - Collect and analyze data to assess client needs and progress - Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and objectives - Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment - Utilize medical terminology and documentation practices to maintain accurate client records - Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive change in clients - Provide child and family counseling services as needed - Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with PTSD and trauma-related issues
Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field - Valid licensure or certification as a Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC) Licensure required(e.g., LPC, LCSW), licensure eligible or CADAC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Addictions Consultant). - Proficiency in conducting individual and group counseling sessions - Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and medical documentation practices - Experience in behavior management techniques and crisis management - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary Description
$65,000 & up w/ 5k bonus for experienced therapist
