Position Overview
Avant-garde Health is seeking a highly effective Fractional Outbound Talent Recruiter to support hiring across multiple functions on an as-needed basis.
We are specifically seeking an individual with a demonstrated track record of proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates through outbound recruiting efforts.
The ideal candidate has repeatedly filled roles through direct sourcing, enjoys the challenge of finding exceptional talent, and leverages AI-powered tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with company leadership and make a direct impact on the growth of a rapidly expanding healthcare technology company.
This is a fully remote, hourly contract position requiring approximately 10–20 hours per week, with workload varying based on hiring needs. The schedule is flexible, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or talent consultant seeking a meaningful, high-impact engagement.
