Ascent360 is seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive versed in the Hospitality industry to join our growing sales team. In this role you will orchestrate the complete CRM/CDP sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiating and closing deals with new customers. With a primary focus on the hospitality and resort space, you will actively pursue leads and take full ownership of the sales process, demonstrating strong consultative sales approach from start to finish. Comprehensive training on the technical intricacies of this platform and integrations will transform you into a subject-matter authority, enabling you to effortlessly convey the software’s features and value proposition to clients with every conversation.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage sales functions of the CDP and the business from start to finish
  • Established, individual contributor with a sales quota and book of business
  • Self-sourcing and qualified marketing lead follow up
  • Sales deck building and lead on presentation and partnership building
  • Understanding of CDP/CRM, MarTech and email solutioning expertise
  • Understanding of integration partner and data flow
  • Industry event travel and participation throughout the year

Minimum Requirements:

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Experience
  • 10+ years of professional sales experience
  • A background in Technology/SaaS within marketing technology or CDP is required.
  • Hospitality sales experience or selling into hospitality marketing is highly preferred.
  • An ambitious, goal-driven, and high-performance mindset.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Successful sales track record and prior experience selling SaaS marketing solutions to the Hospitality industry
  • 10 + years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Understanding of MarTech stack, solutioning and marketing automation
  • Versed in CRM/CDP solutions highly desired
  • Work in Hubspot or similar B2B CRM preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 base salary + uncapped OTE. OTE is $200K+ with uncapped earnings
