Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and/or approval of monthly payrolls for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with external payroll providers Internationally to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing and recoding.
- Responsible for integration of payrolls in new regions and acquisitions.
- Liaise with HR , HRIS and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other systems and processes such as benefits, taxes, and finance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of International payroll regulations and changes that may affect the company's payroll operations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and issues related to payroll, providing excellent customer service and resolving matters in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with auditors internally and externally during financial audits and provide support for payroll-related queries.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information.
- Assist/Lead in payroll projects as assigned by Management

Education And/or Experience
- Third Level Education, equivalent or above
- Proven experience in a global payroll environment
- Minimum 5+ years payroll experience, ideally across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations in multiple countries.
- Experience working with payroll service providers and managing relationships with external vendors.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
