Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and increase market share for Tricentis products and services in the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle counterparts, understanding their business needs, and able to propose tailored Tricentis solutions to address their challenges.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking events, conferences, cold calling, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the sales, partner, and channel team in collaboration to identify ways to increase the opportunities for Tricentis solutions for Oracle customers.
  • Own and drive sales of Tricentis on Oracle technologies; for pipeline generation to deal closure.
  • Lead negotiation processes with Oracle, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached and contracts are closed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align business objectives and drive collective success.
  • Collaborate with Oracle development and QA (Quality Assurance) teams in conjunction with Tricentis development teams to ensure optimal technical support for Oracle applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Strong relationship within Oracle on various levels from executives to sales, development, and QA teams
  • Deep understanding of Oracle products, services, and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in partner management and sales from Technology Consulting organizations.
  • Hunger to be on the fore-front and drive the future of the Tricentis - Oracle relationship to the next level.
  • Recent Oracle employees are highly preferred.
