Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is on track to become the largest comprehensive spine and joint care provider in the state of Georgia while providing clinical, surgical and imaging services to our patients. We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated Maintenance Supervisor who loves to transform lives through exceptional patient care! This position will be based in Georgia, with travel across our clinic and ASC locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
 
Duties:
  • Oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the company
  • Evaluates systems or facilities across all company sites to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
  • Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
  • Coordinates with external contractors for maintenance needs that cannot be completed in-house.
  • Coordinate with external property managers / owners as needed.
  • Assist in the setup of new clinic and ASC spaces to support company expansion
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
  • Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
  • Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
Education and Experience
  • Highschool degree required, bachelors degree preferred
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience required
