GRC Junior Implementation Consultant

Job Description

The Prevalent GRC Junior Implementation Consultant will work as part of a dynamic and multi-skilled team that delivers client-facing professional services across a range of service deliverables. Responsibilities include project implementation, project management and providing project support to the Professional Services Consultancy Team. There will also be opportunities to support other business functions and the wider team in the delivery of Prevalent services.

Whilst the role is 80% home-based remote working, there will be requirements to conduct onsite visits with clients and attend the Prevalent office in Basingstoke.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Configuring the Prevalent Platform based on client requirements
  • Performing implementation planning and setup activities for projects
  • Assisting team members as needed to ensure successful project implementation
  • Liaising with stakeholders on project details and deadlines
  • Presenting feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects
  • Identifying, reporting and resolving key project issues
  • Ensuring that all project and implementation related documents are up to date
Key Experience and Skills
  • 2+ years in a project management, professional services or implementation role
  • Experience delivering client-facing services in industry-related organisations
  • Experience successfully organising and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles such as Prince 2, APMP, APM and PMI
  • Ability to problem solve and analysis of complex requirements
  • Natural ability to use technology
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in line with defined timescales
  • Ability to be manage a workload of several client engagements at once
  • Proactive, self-driven mentality, keen to improve and refine

  • Work with other departments and colleagues to aid the successful completion of business priorities
  • Pull on suitable experience to simultaneously handle multiple deadlines
